Services provided by the Clinical Practice RN will include, but are not limited to, general patient care, assistance with procedures, documentation of activities, patient/family education, program development and case management functions. The Clinical Practice RN will provide care utilizing established principles and ethical standards as well as policies and procedures established by Deaconess. Clinical Practice RN III must be able to demonstrate knowledge of growth and development to provide patient care appropriate to the age of the patients served. Clinical Practice RN III must be able to successfully demonstrate the staff requirement as specified in the department's competencies and Scope of Service (if applicable) and meet/exceed standards as identified below and meet the requirements of the applicable state Nurse Practice Act.
