This role focuses on enhancing the educational experience and well-being of students across elementary and high school levels. Location: Arlington, TX Position Type: Contract Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students in grades K-5 and 9-12 to identify learning needs and emotional challenges. Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop effective intervention strategies and support plans. Provide individual and group counseling to help students develop coping skills and improve academic performance. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and recommend accommodations. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports in compliance with school policies and state regulations. Qualifications and Experience: Appropriate licensure or certification as a School Psychologist. Experience working with diverse student populations across elementary and high school grade levels. Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools, educational laws, and intervention techniques. Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff.
