Job Description

The nutritional services clerk has the following responsibilities:Job Duties: Maintain organized digital records and documentation for federal and state programs. Assist with preparation and maintenance of production records, menus, and standardized recipes in department software systems. Support procurement processes by maintaining purchase orders, vendor documentation, and required records. Generate reports and assist with compliance monitoring and audit preparation. Coordinate documentation related to staff training and substitutes. Provide general clerical support to the department as assigned. Serve as backup support for operational roles when needed. Minimum requirements: HS diploma or equivalent Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software (preferred experience with the Google platform) Ability to lift 40+ pounds on a regular basis Valid driver's license Ability to drive larger vehicles with limited views (e.g. box truck) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in computer systems and data entry Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred requirements: Associates degree in related field ServSafe Manager Certification Experience with food service Experience training new staff This is a 12-month, 250-day position with benefits based at Central Office.
