This role involves providing comprehensive patient care, coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and managing both acute and chronic endocrine conditions. Needs to have Endocrinology experience, as you will be working autonomously. Primary ResponsibilitiesExamine patients and obtain comprehensive medical historiesAdhere to established documentation and charting protocolsCollaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plansOrder, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging as clinically indicatedSubmit individualized healthcare plans and patient goals for periodic physician reviewAnalyze test results, diagnose conditions, and communicate findings to patientsPrescribe and administer treatments and medications in accordance with licensure and protocolsPromote preventive care through patient education on diet, hygiene, and disease preventionAdminister immunizations and vaccinations as requiredRefer patients to specialists to support optimal outcomesReport deaths and communicable diseases to appropriate governmental agencies as requiredPerform additional duties as assignedEducation & Experience RequirementsRequired endocrinology experienceCurrent State of Florida license in good standingFlorida DEA license (if applicable)Current national board certificationActive BLS certificationBenefits PackageMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planLife insuranceShort- and long-term disability coverageContinuing Medical Education (CME) allowance
