Perry Family Free Clinic VISTA Associate 2026 The mission of the Wisconsin Association of Free & Charitable Clinics (WAFCC) is to support, strengthen, and advocate for the uniqueness of the Wisconsin free and charitable clinics, the patients they serve, and the communities and organizations with whom they partner. The VISTA will serve at Perry Family Free Clinic whose mission is to ensure that black men and boys living in under-represented communities, who bear the heaviest burden of disease and poor health status, could have the opportunity to live fuller, healthier lives. The VISTA will engage in education and outreach, community engagement, resource development, training programs, and coordinating sexual reproductive health services. Member Duties : The 2026 VISTA Associate at Perry Family Free Clinic will support the Clinic's Sexual Education Project through capacity-building activities, including the development of curricula and learning materials, creation of planning and facilitation guides for staff- or partner-led youth forums, and research and documentation of resources that promote healthy living and positive life choices. The VISTA will build organizational and community capacity by developing educational materials, outreach strategies, engagement frameworks, resource development tools, and coordination systems that support sustainable sexual and reproductive health initiatives. All activities will be indirect and capacity-building in nature and will not include direct service delivery to clients.
