We are looking for an Aftercare Employee whose life reflects: * A lifestyle of biblical integrity * A spirit of dedication, commitment, flexibility, and responsiveness Position Summary Join our team to provide a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment for students from the end of the school day until Aftercare closes at 6:00 p.m. Work alongside at least one other aftercare staff member in a role that supports our Christ-centered community Essential Responsibilities ● Be in the building by 2:45 p.m. and remain on campus until every child is picked up by an approved guardian. ● Assist with student check-in and check-out. ● Serve snacks and clean up afterward. ● Coordinate snack purchases and necessary supplies with the school office. ● Enforce school policies for playground and building use. ● Supervise outdoor play. ● Complete epi-pen training. ● Maintain open communication with the Head of School regarding safety, behavior, or supervision concerns.
