Position Highlights & Responsibilities * Comprehensive Primary Care: Diagnose and treat a broad range of acute and chronic conditions, conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop patient management plans. * Multi-Disciplinary Teamwork: Collaborate within a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) including an RN care manager, LPN, clinical pharmacist, psychologists, and social workers to deliver coordinated, wrap-around care. * Education & Mentorship: Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and other learners, fostering the next generation of clinicians. * Integrated Support Services: Work in a system that provides seamless access to social work, travel assistance, housing, and pharmacy services-without the hassles of pre-authorizations or multiple formularies. * Small-Clinic Feel, Large-System Resources: Choose to work at the main facility with a large academic-center feel, or one of our small community clinics.
