Clinical Mentor: Spend 2 days a week in the clinical setting, staying grounded in patient care and leading your team by example (including jumping in to start IVs when needed). Quality Champion: Use data-driven insights to boost patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes. Relationship Builder: Act as the vital link between physicians, staff, vendors, and executive leadership to meet our shared facility goals. Compliance Guardian: Ensure every procedure meets the highest safety protocols and regulatory standards. What You Bring The Essentials: Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington. Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS (AHA). Leadership Depth: 2+ years of nursing management experience. Clinical Roots: Strong background in Pre-op, Intra-op, and PACU care within an Endoscopy or Perioperative setting. Skills: Technical proficiency in clinical tasks (must be comfortable with IV starts). Nice to Haves: Experience navigating the unique pace of an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) .
