Now Hiring: Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LICSW, or LCSWA) - Direct Hire Location: Everett, Washington (Onsite) Schedule: Full-Time | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM About the Opportunity We are partnering with an established healthcare group in Everett, WA to place a direct hire Mental Health Therapist. This is a full-time, permanent onsite role offering stability, a supportive clinical environment, and long-term growth. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist holding one of the following credentials: LMHC, LICSW, or LCSWA. The therapist will provide services to individuals, families, or groups while supporting clients in achieving emotional and mental well-being. Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy Conduct client assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community resources Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed Adhere to ethical and professional standards Qualifications Active Washington State license as LMHC, LICSW, or LCSWA Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in behavioral health settings preferred (new grads with LCSWA encouraged to apply) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary up to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and license type Full-time, permanent (direct hire) position Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision) Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for professional development and advancement Supportive and collaborative clinical environment Why This Opportunity?
