Join us and make an impact on patient care through innovation and compassionate support!If you want to be part of a growing organization committed to healing, hope, and advanced care, join us and help make a meaningful impact!Job Description:Ultrasound Supervisor (Urology Practice) - FloatLocation: Float West (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Staten Island, NY)Hours: 5 /8.5 Hour Shifts; Monday-FridayOrganization: New York Imaging (NYI)In This Role, You Will:Perform all core ultrasound technologist duties, including travel to all urology locations as neededSupport the development, implementation, and oversight of departmental and exam protocolsServe as the primary clinical resource and point of contact for ultrasound technologistsCoordinate ultrasound machine maintenance and assist with troubleshooting technical issuesMaintain oversight of technologist credentials and compliance requirementsConduct exam review and ongoing quality assurance activitiesAddress provider concerns and serve as the primary clinical liaisonManage AIUM responsibilities, including initial accreditation, renewals, provider CME tracking, and case acquisitionAct as ViewPoint PACS superuser, providing system support and submitting IT tickets as neededProvide go-live support for new providers and clinical sitesAssist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new staffLead new hire training and ongoing technologist educationSupport practice administrators with staff performance evaluationsTravel to NYI locations throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island, and other nearby locations for patient care needsWe Require:Graduate of accredited ultrasound program or equivocalARDMS(Ab) certification Bachelors/Associates degree preferred Minimum 2 year relevant leadership experience Urology specific experience a plusWhat We Offer:• Salary: Starting at $110,000 annually• Benefits: Health Insurance on day 1 of employment, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short and Long term disability, 401k Plan, Paid Time Off (PTO), 8 paid holidays (2 floating) and more.Join us at NYI, where we are making strides in healthcare through innovative andcompassionate care.Visit our website at: Follow us on Facebook: NYI on Facebook*New York Imaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.*
