Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Paramus, NJ Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday - Friday Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Director to join our team. In this role, you will lead a collaborative team of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians (BTs), supervise client treatment programs, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with autism and their families. Key Responsibilities: Supervise a caseload of up to 6 clients, including weekly review and updating treatment programsOversee Behavior Technicians in implementing individualized treatment plans per company standards and BACB requirementsProvide parent training and supportConduct behavioral and skills assessments, and design treatment programsSupervise BCBA superviseesCollect and analyze data using Microsoft Excel or behavioral software (e.g., Central Reach)Assist with interviewing, training, and creating materials for BT staff as needed Qualifications: Master's degree or equivalent in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related fieldBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationMinimum 1 year of experience working with children with autismMust be at least 21 years of ageAvailable to work Monday-Friday, 8:15 AM - 4:45 PM Preferred Qualifications: Additional certification as BCBA-D, special education teacher, school social worker, or school psychologist in NJFluency in Spanish or another second language Salary & Benefits: $80,000 - $83,000 per yearHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with matchingPaid time offFlexible scheduleIf you're interested in learning more about this role, I'd be happy to connect.
