An opportunity is available for experienced Behavior Specialists with BCBA credentials to support early childhood programs within a Metro Baltimore area school district. These full-time contract positions focus on joining the Early Learning Team, providing critical behavioral interventions and support to young learners in multiple school settings. Location: Glen Burnie, MD (On-Site Only) Role Responsibilities: Deliver applied behavior analysis services tailored to early childhood students, helping to create positive educational outcomes. Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement behavior intervention plans. Maintain detailed daily logs documenting activities and progress, contributing to comprehensive reports measuring service effectiveness. Serve varying school assignments within the district depending on caseload and location needs. Participate fully from August 18, 2026, through June 11, 2027, contributing approximately 37.5 hours per week. Qualifications and Experience: Active BCBA licensure is required. Knowledge of and ability to meet Maryland state credentialing requirements. Prior experience working in schools with early childhood populations is preferred. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Flexibility to adjust caseload assignments as needed across the district.
