This role focuses on walking alongside young children (ages 0-9) and their families as they move through the challenges of childhood and parenting, offering care that is thoughtful, creative, and clinically grounded. The RoleThis is a full-time (40 hours/week) position with a 20 counseling hour expectation, designed to support both sustainability and excellent clinical outcomes.What You'll DoProvide individual, family, and play therapy to children and caregivers, in-office, in the community, or via telehealth.Develop thoughtful, strengths-based treatment plans grounded in assessmentMaintain timely, Medicaid-compliant documentationCollaborate with schools, medical providers, and community supportsEngage in clinical supervision, consultation, and ongoing learningMaintain clear, timely documentation within our EMR systemUphold the highest standards of ethical, trauma-informed careWho You AreYou are someone who:Feels called to work with children and families at a deep, relational levelValues trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and family-centered careBalances independence with a desire to be part of a collaborative, values-driven teamIs committed to both clinical excellence and personal growthRequired:Master's degree (or higher) in a behavioral health field Experience providing therapy to children and familiesActive Oregon license as an LPC, LMFT or LSCW Or Eligible for associate registration in LPC or LMFTBonus if you bring:Perinatal or Early childhood expertise (ages 0-5)Training in play therapy, PCIT, EMDR, DBT, or CBTBilingual or multilingual skills a Big PlusStrong knowledge of community and family systemsCompensationWe believe in transparent, rewarding compensation that honors your work:Registered Associates:$52,500 during onboarding (first 3 months)$63,000 once maintaining 20 stat hours/week$85 per additional hour bonus above 20/weekPotential to exceed $100K annuallyLicensed Therapists:$63,000 during onboarding (first 3 months)$72,500 once maintaining 20 stat hours/week$95 per stat hour bonus above 20/weekPotential to earn $110K+ annuallyBenefits That Actually Support YouWe believe that when clinicians are supported, clients thrive.
