About the RoleAs our Community Ambassador, you'll be the face and voice of Right at Home in the community. Making sure the Community knows about Personal Care and the need within the Care Team Structure, and Why to pick Right at Home as your Personal Care Company. You'll engage with local organizations, referral partners, and families to raise awareness about our services and build lasting relationships that support our mission, doing personal visits to sign up for the Right Care, at the Right Time with the Right People.This role is perfect for someone with a background in outreach, community engagement, or sales-especially if you're energized by people and purpose.? Key ResponsibilitiesActively connect with potential clients, families, and referral sources in the communityRepresent Right at Home at local events, health fairs, and possible networking opportunitiesMaintain a strong field presence (approx. 75% of your time)Build and nurture a pipeline of at least 40 active referral sources weeklyFollow up with leads via calls, emails, and in-person visitsBe available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hoursServe as a trusted resource and advocate for families exploring home care optionsPre-plans weekly sales activities, create opportunities for communication with referral sources, and maintain all sales activity in a Customer Relationship Manager database.?
