We're looking for a Licensed Pharmacy Manager who is committed to leadership, communication, and creating a positive, patient-centered environment.Why You'll Love It Here Closed on Sundays No late-night shifts Competitive pay Benefits package 401(k) with company match Supportive, community-driven culture Real work-life balance - Mon-Friday (Saturday as needed)What You'll Do Serve as a licensed Pharmacist and leader within the pharmacy Conduct Comprehensive Medication Reviews and other MTM services Operate, train, and grow HTP's medication synchronization program Provide immunizations Partner with the Operations Manager to co-manage the pharmacy team Review monthly patient transfer reports Complete meaningful annual performance reviews for pharmacy teammates Oversee pharmacy technician training and development Manage inventory, including vendor returns, interstore transfers, and outdates Respond to after-hours calls as needed Participate in store events and key activities Maintain the overall upkeep and organization of the pharmacy Support general housekeeping tasks Foster a friendly, caring, safe, and positive environment for customers and teammatesWhat You Bring Active Pharmacist license (required) Strong communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and excellent organization Certification to provide immunizations (required) Effective time management Commitment to teamwork and community-focused care
