Job Description

A full-time School Psychologist position is available to serve students across three campuses located in Southeast Florida. This contract role requires a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive psychological services including assessment, counseling, and participation in multidisciplinary meetings within an active school environment. Responsibilities include: Conducting psychological testing and evaluations for students ranging from pre-kindergarten to middle school Delivering individual and group counseling sessions Collaborating with educators, parents, and staff to develop intervention plans Participating in meetings to discuss student progress and support strategies Managing caseloads effectively while complying with district policies and procedures Qualifications and Experience: Active Florida Psychologist licensure through the Department of Health (DOH) Experience in school psychology preferred, with caseload experience from early childhood through grade 8 Ability to maintain confidentiality and apply ethical practices in psychological services Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential Fingerprinting clearance as required by school district policies (may be transferable from DOH records) Location: The position involves onsite work within schools located in the Stuart, Florida area, including campuses such as Ft. Pierce, Westwood Pre-K, and Northport K8. Work Schedule: This is a full-time role requiring 35 hours per week, with the contract commencing as soon as possible and continuing through June 2, 2026. Compensation will be based on experience and school setting norms.
