Job Title: Adult Services BCBA (Assistant Dir. of Adult Clinical Services) Location: Lawrence, MAJob Summary: The Adult Services BCBA / Assistant Director of Adult Clinical Services is responsible for providing clinical leadership and oversight for individuals in a structured residential environment that promotes intellectual, emotional, and social development. This role supports the Director of Adult Services in managing day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring high-quality behavioral programming, and maintaining compliance with applicable standards and regulations. The position focuses on implementing evidence-based practices, supervising staff, and ensuring that individualized service plans are effectively executed. The role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and experience working with developmental services systems, including DDS.Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical oversight for individuals receiving residential services. Assist in the daily operations of adult clinical services and behavioral programming. Ensure implementation and monitoring of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs). Collaborate with Program Coordinators and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent service delivery. Support compliance with applicable regulations, licensing, certifications, and accreditation standards. Assist in the implementation of Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of clinical services in residential settings. Clinical & Operational Duties: Implement and monitor behavior support strategies with a focus on procedural integrity. Provide hands-on training and coaching to management and direct care staff. Develop and maintain staff feedback systems to support performance improvement. Oversee weekly review processes for assigned caseloads, ensuring consistency and quality. Participate in and support crisis management across residential and program settings. Serve as the clinician for an assigned caseload, ensuring ongoing progress and skill development. Conduct regular observations in residential and program environments. Maintain and update clinical documentation, including monthly reports and data tracking systems. Present updates in clinical and administrative meetings. Additional Duties: Collaborate with families, nursing staff, and other stakeholders. Support program development, staffing coordination, and operational effectiveness. Assist with maintaining clinical excellence and adherence to organizational policies. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical supervision within a community-based or residential setting. Experience with program management, staff supervision, and behavioral intervention systems. Experience working with developmental services systems (e.g., DDS) required. Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for individuals with challenging behaviors. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Work Schedule: Full-time, flexible schedule. Participation in on-call rotations. Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
