Working closely with product teams and internal stakeholders, the coordinator ensures product data is accurately entered, updated, and maintained to support sales, inventory management, and operational needs. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth and timely product execution across systems.Key Responsibilities:Maintain continuous knowledge of internal workflow processes and technologies, specifically proprietary inventory and content management system(s) and 3rd party tools.Monitor and maintain the booking change management queue by processing requests, tracking progress and ensuring accuracy and timely completion of changes.Extensive use of product systems and 3rd party tools to set-up and maintain product offerings, inventory and changes in platforms.Process routine product changes based on requests from development and operations teams, ensuring timely updates in all relevant systems.Liaise and collaborate with product and technology teams to build and maintain inventory, products, content, bookings, and portals in systems.Perform regular audits of product records in systems to confirm data accuracy and flag discrepancies for resolution.Assist in creating and maintaining new processes that identify opportunities to streamline procedures that directly impact productivity.Track and report product data inconsistencies, coordinating with team members to ensure corrections are made efficiently.Support resolution of system and inventory management inquiries.Identify, understand, and remove systematic roadblocks for product and other functional areas.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, sports management or related field; or equivalent work experience.Experience with inventory management, point-of-sale, or content management systems.Familiarity with software platforms such as Salesforce, Jira, Airtable, and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Skills & Attributes:Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style; able to communicate clearly across teams in both written and verbal formats.Highly organized with excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis).Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.TKO EEO Statement:TKO is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding non-discrimination in employment.
