As the Medical Records Specialist, you'll ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across our clinical records, supporting care teams and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes. Responsibilities and Impact: * Manage daily clinical records operations and supervise the clinical records process. * Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements. * Safeguard patient confidentiality through secure record controls and monitoring. * Conduct post‑discharge administrative record audits and escalate issues appropriately. * Track and follow up on unsigned physician orders to ensure timely compliance. * Maintain and support the clinical records information system, including upgrades. * Provide backup support to intake and front office teams as needed. * Assist with authorized record requests and general administrative duties. Requirements: * At least 1 year of experience in clinical records management (home health or hospice preferred). * Working knowledge of healthcare regulations and information systems. * Excellent organizational, communication, and follow‑through skills. * Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team. * Professional discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
