Job Description

Become a vital part of our team as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist in Sioux City, IA. You will interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT equipment to provide diagnostic imaging for patients in a hospital setting.Minimum Requirements:1 year of CT technologist experience required.At least 1 completed travel contract required (preferred requirement from client).Completion of a JRCERT-accredited program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent education.Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography or CT (RT(R)(CT)) required.State license to practice in Iowa required. Compact license accepted per client note; candidate must meet Iowa permit requirements.Epic electronic medical record experience required.Experience with Siemens CT equipment preferred.BLS certification required.Driver's license required.Work history/resume, completed skills checklist (within 1 year), license verification, copy of required certifications, and one supervisory reference required at time of submission.Candidates must have a taxable address more than 50 miles from the facility (local acceptance exceptions do not apply in Sioux City per client note).Not employed by the facility within the last 12 months required.Assignment Details:Facility type: HospitalShift name: NightsShift details: 2100 start, Monday-Thursday, 40 hours per weekEMR: EPICOrientation dates available (examples provided by client).Traveler may be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.Location HighlightsSioux City offers access to regional outdoor recreation and cultural amenities within short drives.
