This role is ideal for a proven agency recruiter who can hit the ground running, build strong candidate pipelines, and consistently deliver high-quality placements.You'll play a critical role in driving revenue, supporting clients, and elevating the candidate experience-all while operating in a metrics-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for healthcare professionalsSource, screen, and place candidates across travel, local, and permanent rolesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidatesDevelop relationships with healthcare professionals to understand career goals and match opportunitiesPartner closely with account managers and sales teams to fulfill client needs quickly and effectivelyMeet and exceed weekly and monthly recruiting KPIs (submittals, placements, revenue, etc.)Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS/CRM systemsStay informed on industry trends, pay packages, and market conditionsDeliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through placementRequired QualificationsMinimum 2+ years of experience in healthcare agency recruiting (required)Proven success placing allied, nursing, or locum tenens professionalsStrong understanding of healthcare staffing workflows and urgencyDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance metrics in a staffing environmentExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and competitive environmentPreferred QualificationsBackground in travel healthcare staffingFamiliarity with modern sourcing tools, job boards, and CRM/ATS platformsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + uncapped commission structureHigh-growth environment with clear advancement opportunitiesAccess to cutting-edge recruiting tools and technologySupportive, team-driven culture with strong leadershipComprehensive benefits packageWhy Join StaffDNA?At StaffDNA, top performers are rewarded, growth is accelerated, and your impact is real.
