Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team. The technologist will be responsible for preparing and administering radioactive drugs and operating radiation detection and imaging equipment while supporting efficient patient flow and maintaining radiation safety protocols. Minimum RequirementsGraduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology, associate or bachelor's degree in nuclear medicine technology, or an accepted equivalent.Nuclear Medicine Technology (N) certification by ARRT or certification by NMTCB required.State licensure required. Louisiana license: LRT (N) or LRT (F) by LSRTB.BLS certification required.Basic computer skills and experience with PACS and image archiving workflows required. Ability to follow PACS downtime procedures and act as PACS superuser.Ability to handle radionuclides and pharmaceuticals in accordance with radiation safety protocols, complete daily logs, and perform periodic tests required by license.One year of clinical nuclear medicine experience preferred. This is a preferred qualification, not a requirement.
