Maintains understanding of performance measurements. Takes leadership in Performance Improvement and Customer Service initiatives. Serves as a preceptor. Must be able to demonstrate the skills and knowledge necessary to provide intervention appropriate to the age, education level, and capabilities of the person served.Other information:Must have a Master's degree in Social Work.
