A full-time Pharmacy Manager opportunity is available within a retail pharmacy setting. Verify prescription accuracy and perform Drug Utilization Reviews in compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations. Manage the pharmacy to build profitability, grow prescriptions, and implement clinical programs, including immunization and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Control inventory and coordinate with district management to optimize stock levels and meet customer demand. Align team performance with key department metrics focused on efficiency and effectiveness. Provide excellent healthcare counseling and resolve customer inquiries or complaints to enhance trust and loyalty. Supervise pharmacists, technicians, and support staff; direct training, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Maintain pharmacy security and cleanliness to comply with regulatory standards. Engage with healthcare providers and utilize references to resolve prescription issues. Oversee task prioritization related to inventory, cycle counts, and customer interactions to maintain smooth department operations.
