Job DescriptionPlastic Surgeon - Mohs Reconstruction Specialist (Part-Time) Locations: McKinney, Rockwall & Allen, Texas Schedule: Part Time | 3 Days per Week The Opportunity A premier, expanding North Texas dermatology practice is looking for a skilled Plastic Surgeon to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is specifically designed for a surgeon who thrives in a collaborative environment and specializes in head, neck, and facial reconstruction. You will step into an established clinical ecosystem with a high-volume Mohs surgery program already in place. This is an ideal position for a provider seeking a steady, predictable schedule while focusing on high-quality surgical closures. Key Responsibilities Reconstructive Excellence: Perform precise head and neck closures and complex reconstructions following Mohs micrographic surgery. Clinical Consultation: Evaluate patients post-excision to determine the most effective reconstructive approach. Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly alongside our Mohs surgeons and dermatology team to ensure continuity of care. Regional Coverage: Rotate between our modern clinics in McKinney, Rockwall, and Allen to support our growing patient base. Patient Volume & Workflow Turnkey Case Flow: Immediate access to a consistent, pre-existing patient volume generated by our busy Mohs surgery departments. Targeted Scope: Primarily focused on facial and head/neck reconstructive procedures. Multi-Site Impact: Drive high-quality surgical outcomes across three key North Texas locations. Qualifications Certification: Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon. Specialization: Proven expertise in facial reconstruction and head & neck surgical closures. Clinical Background: Prior experience working with Mohs surgery patients is highly preferred.
