This role will require extensive travel to all of our locations outside Nevada, reliable transportation is required.We are looking for a reliable Traveling Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company's facilities at the property level. You must be able to ensure that maintenance team members have the proper training and resources available to complete their daily duties as assigned.Candidates should have a solid understanding of plumbing and electrical systems, carpentry and other crafts. They will be well-versed in all maintenance procedures and health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also have aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting etc.Duties and Responsibilities:Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementationCarry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issuesCheck electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionalityPlan and oversee all repair and installation activitiesAllocate workload and supervise upkeep staffMonitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessaryManage relationships with contractors and service providers on siteKeep maintenance logs and report on daily activitiesEnsure health and safety policies are complied withQualifications:Proven experience as maintenance manager or another managerial roleExperience in planning maintenance operationsSolid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.Experience with central plant, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, ectWorking knowledge of facilities machines and equipmentPreferred ten years hands on maintenance experiencePreferred five years supervisor experienceAbility to keep track of and report on activityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOutstanding organizational and leadership abilitiesHigh school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or BS/BA in business administration or facility management is preferredMust have reliable personal transportation.Must be able to travel.Must be able to present all obtained certifications if asked.Ability to work in cramped, dirty / dusty, cold or hot conditions.Sitting, standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, and lifting up 50 lbs.Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance, adhering to company standards.Must pass drug and background screenings.Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
