American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist with CT specialty certification and 2+ years of experience for overnight shifts at a Level II trauma center in Bay Shore, NY.Job Details• 375-bed Level II trauma center and designated Gold Plus stroke facility,• Serves ED, inpatient, and outpatient settings with both adult and pediatric populations,• Imaging equipment includes Siemens Somatom AS, Somatom Definition Edge CT, and Siemens 64/128 Definition scanners,• Overnight shift: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM,• Every other weekend required,Job Requirements• Minimum of 2 years of Radiology Technologist experience,• RT(R)(CT) certification through ARRT required,• NYS DOH Radiography License required (license required if applicable),• NYS DOH Injection Certification required,• Only AHA-issued BLS is accepted,• Flexibility required,• Trauma experience preferred,• Cardiac CTA experience preferred,• Two professional references from previous managers required for consideration,Additional Information• Candidates living within 60 miles of the facility may be considered at a reduced rate,• Grey/pewter scrubs required,• Candidates who have previously worked at any Northwell/Nuvance Health location are subject to an eligibility review process prior to placement
