Working under the supervision of an audiologist or ENT provider, this role supports patient hearing health through precise testing, hearing aid programming, and compassionate patient counseling. The position requires excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and a commitment to improving patient quality of life.Active State license as a hearing aid dispenser.Associate degree or higher preferred.Minimum one year of experience in hearing aid dispensing or related role preferred.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse patient populations.Familiarity with audiology equipment and hearing aid software systems.
