Our multidisciplinary teams deliver integrated care tailored to the needs of each individual and their loved ones.Position OverviewThe Mammography Tech is responsible for operating imaging equipment to perform procedures for a specified patient population. This role requires precision, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering quality patient care in accordance with West Cancer Center's Mission, Vision, and Values. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform quality radiologic procedures using appropriate technical and safety methodsMonitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, policies, and proceduresManage resources effectively, including supplies and equipmentDemonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service in all interactionsMaintain compliance with safety protocols and infection control measuresProvide occasional demonstration and instruction to student technologistsPerform other job-related functions as assignedQualificationsEducation & ExperienceRequired:Completion of a formal education program in radiography accredited by a mechanism acceptable to ARRTCertification and registration as R.T.
