The Learning Consultants is a primarily woman-owned and run company comprised of passionate and high-performing behavior analysts who provide ABA services to children with ASD and other behavioral disorders in our Sparks, Nevada clinic.We are looking for talented and energetic Assistant Behavioral Consultants to join our team.The LC is a performance-based organization focused on supporting our providers in delivering high-quality services. As an Assistant Consultant you will work side-by-side with our Consultants, supporting them in delivering high-quality, ethical services. You will receive excellent experience and supervision, supporting you on your career path in behavior analysis. Consultants have ample time for non-face-to-face activities, which means they have time for developing you! Plus, our team includes a dedicated compliance director focused on managing systems that ensure ethical and compliant service delivery. Job DutiesImplement behavioral treatment plans and PBSPsAccelerate client progress through developing individualized skill-building programs, establishing measurement systems, and ongoing assessment, and parent trainingManagement of direct reportsCase management and coordination of careFollow internal policies and proceduresMaintain compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations and requirements of the BACBMinimum QualificationsA bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field (e.g., education) with a strong emphasis in behavior analysisCurrent certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst and qualifies as a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst in Nevada1 year experience providing applied behavior analysis services for young children with autism and related disordersPreferred Qualifications1 or more years experience:Writing treatment plans and positive behavior support plans (PBSPs)Designing instructional programsUtilizing a variety of teaching/instructional formats, including Precision TeachingCompensation and BenefitsSalary is dependent on experienceHealth Insurance for eligible employeesSupplemental InsuranceRetirement plan with company matching3 weeks/year paid time off plus holidaysFlex-scheduleAccess to enough CEs through various sources to meet renewal requirementsProfessional development allowance and licensing reimbursement benefitsCompany-issued Apple laptopContinuing education benefitsPerformance-based pay incentives tied to CLINICAL outcomesWork Culture that fosters ethical service delivery, collaboration, and continuous improvementLocationWe are based in beautiful Northern Nevada.
