The Learning Consultants is a primarily woman-owned and run company comprised of passionate and high-performing behavior analysts who provide ABA services to children with ASD and other behavioral disorders in our Sparks, Nevada clinic.We are looking for talented and energetic Assistant Behavioral Consultants to join our team.The LC is a performance-based organization focused on supporting our providers in delivering high-quality services. At the LC, we believe that learners have the best outcomes when their providers have the time, tools, and resources to deliver the best service. As an Assistant Consultant you will work side-by-side with our Consultants, supporting them in delivering high-quality, ethical services. You will receive excellent experience and supervision, supporting you on your career path in behavior analysis. Consultants have ample time for non-face-to-face activities, which means they have time for developing you! Plus, our team includes a dedicated compliance director focused on managing systems that ensure ethical and compliant service delivery.
