Job specificationCandidate requirementsJob specification Provide medical oversight and leadership to ensure the highest standard of patient care across the practice. Serve as the clinical lead for physicians, advanced practice providers, and nursing staff, offering mentorship, guidance, and performance management. Develop and implement practice-wide clinical protocols, quality assurance strategies, and patient safety initiatives. Collaborate with administrative leadership to establish and achieve strategic goals, including service expansion, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Actively participate in business planning, budgeting, marketing, and growth initiatives as a co-owner of the practice. Candidate requirements Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a relevant specialty. Currently, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Texas. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with 3+ years in a leadership or administrative capacity. Previous experience in practice management or healthcare entrepreneurship is strongly preferred.
