Pharmacy Professionals seeking flexible per diem opportunities are needed to support a specialty HIV/AIDS pharmacy through the summer and holiday seasons, including coverage for sick calls. This role offers the chance to work on an as-needed basis, ideal for part-time pharmacists wanting to supplement their schedule with additional shifts. Location: Crestwood, KY Schedule: Per diem Day shifts, Monday through Friday No weekends Flexible availability required, with approximately 1-2 shifts per week or 1-2 shifts per month as needed Key Responsibilities: Perform typical retail pharmacy duties, including filling, dispensing, and verifying prescriptions Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth workflow and accuracy Handle HIV/AIDS medication dispensing and patient counseling (experience preferred, but not mandatory) Utilize Pioneer Rx software for prescription processing and documentation Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid Kentucky pharmacist license Retail pharmacy experience essential Knowledge or experience with HIV/AIDS medications is a strong plus Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail Strong communication and supervisory skills This per diem opportunity is perfect for pharmacists currently working part-time who want to increase their hours with flexible shifts that fit their schedule.
