Salary range: $58,000-$81,000/ year *Based on experience, and education Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9am - 7pm Responsibilities What You'll Do * Lead 3-4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum. * Facilitate group discussions using a "plug and play" approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework. * Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. * Monitor member progress and document outcomes. * Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members. * Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission. Qualifications What You'll Bring * Licensure: An active fully independent WA license: LMHC, LCSW, LMFT and/or Certified SUDP (Substance Use Disorder Professional) * Experience: Minimum two years' leading groups in a SUD setting. * High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc. * Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success. * Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed. * Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
