These roles support Veteran care in a stable Monday to Friday schedule.LocationSyracuse VA Medical Center800 Irving AveSyracuse NY 13210Contract Terms• 6 month base contract• 6 month extension option• Monday to Friday day shifts• 20 hours per week• About 2 to 3 shifts per week depending on scheduleUltrasound TechnologistPay: 42 to 46 per hourResponsibilities• Perform abdominal, pelvic, small parts, and vascular studies• Complete 8 to 15 cases per day• Enter documentation in CPRS• Follow VA and ARDMS standards• Assist with limited call coverageRequirements• RDMS certification• Active unrestricted state license• 3 years ultrasound experience• Experience with vascular and Doppler studies• BLS certificationCT TechnologistPay: 44 to 48 per hourResponsibilities• Perform CT abdomen, chest, spine, head, angiography, and contrast studies• Follow VA imaging and radiation safety standards• Document cases in CPRS and PACS• Maintain equipment and complete quality checks• Assist with limited after hour or on call coverageRequirements• ARRT certification in Radiography and CT• Active unrestricted state license• 3 years CT experience• Experience with multi slice scanners• BLS certificationNuclear Medicine TechnologistPay: 45 per hourSchedule• Monday to Friday• 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM• 20 hours per weekResponsibilities• Perform nuclear medicine procedures such as bone scans, cardiac stress tests, GI studies, HIDA scans, and thyroid scans• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals• Document patient cases in CPRS and PACS• Follow VA radiation safety and imaging protocols• Provide limited on call coverage• Deliver patient care in inpatient and outpatient settingsRequirements• NMTCB or ARRT RT N certification• Active unrestricted state license• 3 years nuclear medicine experience• Experience in inpatient and outpatient imaging• BLS certificate All roles support Veteran care in a federal healthcare setting.Send your resume to connect with the Allmed Staffing VA contract team.Submit your resume for immediate consideration.
