This role supports compliance with legal, regulatory, and HIPAA requirements by overseeing image quality assurance, processing legal requests, and maintaining proper documentation. The position also plays a critical frontline role in managing a high volume of phone inquiries and providing frequent in-person customer service to patients, physicians, legal representatives, and staff. This direct interaction is vital to ensuring timely request fulfillment, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of service. Advanced knowledge of IDX and GE Centricity systems. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical records compliance. Ability to perform detailed quality assurance and maintain accurate documentation. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
