A travel opportunity is available for a skilled CT Imaging Technologist to operate advanced computed tomography equipment and perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including general radiography and fluoroscopy. Key Responsibilities: Operate CT equipment to produce detailed cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes. Perform various imaging procedures such as fluoroscopy and general radiography. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for adolescents through geriatric populations. Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images to assist radiologist diagnosis. Utilize PACS and teleradiology systems to accurately transfer images. Maintain detailed records, billing information, and ensure compliance with HIPAA. Conduct routine equipment maintenance and manage inventory. Comply with all organizational safety and vaccination protocols. Qualifications and Credentials: Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology preferred. Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R.T. RCTARRT or R.T. RARRT) - required. Current Radiologic Tech license in California - required. Advanced CT certification preferred in California; required in certain states. BLS certification from approved vendor - required. Fluoroscopy license (if operating fluoroscopy equipment) - required in California. Venipuncture certification preferred.
