If you have a heart to serve, a passion for equitable and culturally respectful healthcare, and a desire to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to consider joining our team.What You'll Do:Clinical Care & Patient SupportEvaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of medical, obstetric, psychiatric, and surgical conditions within your scope of credentialing.Provide compassionate health education and counseling to patients and families.Make referrals to specialists and ensure appropriate follow-up care.Collaboration & TeamworkWork closely with a supportive team of medical providers, precepting mid-level clinicians as needed.Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and provide backup consultation to fellow PTHA providers.Engage in Peer Review, quality improvement initiatives, and organizational reporting processes.Education & MentorshipServe as a preceptor for medical students and residents, supporting the PTHA Family Medicine Residency Program.Collaborate with medical schools as adjunct faculty when available.Hospital & Community-Based CarePerform hospital rounding for PTHA patients as scheduled (rounding only).Compliance, Professionalism & Cultural RespectMaintain accurate, timely charting and uphold HIPAA and organizational confidentiality standards.Demonstrate professionalism, self-care, and respect for Indigenous cultures, traditions, and values.Support infection control protocols and safety requirements.What You Bring:Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.Current license to practice medicine in Washington State.Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal MedicineCurrent ACLS and/or PALS and/or ALSO certification.Experience with Electronic Health Records.Experience teaching or precepting medical residents.Commitment to teamwork, cultural humility, ethical standards, and high-quality care.A genuine heart for service and respect for the Indigenous community.Why PTHA?We are more than a clinic - we're a culturally grounded, patient-first health and wellness center serving the Indigenous community.
