Flagstar Nursing - FSN is looking for a qualified Mental Health Therapy Aide to support Med/Surg, ICU, PEDS, and Float Pool. Location: Syracuse, NYEmployment Type: Contract-13 weeksHourly Rate: $28 per hour Position Overview:Join our behavioral health team in Syracuse as a Mental Health Therapy Aide supporting evening-shift operations. Proven collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct therapeutic support and crisis intervention. Monitor patient safety and behavior during evening shifts. Assist with group activities and daily therapeutic programs. Document patient interactions and report changes to clinical staff. Maintain a therapeutic environment consistent with facility protocols.
