The role offers a fulfilling 13-week (or longer) contract with the potential for part-time, PRN, and travel arrangements, providing flexibility to fit your lifestyle. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and mentor pharmacy staff; recruit and evaluate personnel. Develop job descriptions, performance goals, and maintain staffing levels. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations. Conduct Comprehensive Medication Reviews and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) activities. Provide expert guidance on drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and pharmaceutical storage. Maintain pharmacy operations including record-keeping, payroll, inventory control, and quality assurance. Lead your team in identifying and implementing solutions to drive growth and improve performance. Oversee medication preparation, dispensing, and prescription review with strict accuracy. Maintain educational programs and professional development for staff. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or PharmD degree. Active pharmacist license in New Mexico. 1-3 years of pharmacist experience. 1-2 years of management experience preferred. Retail 340B experience is a plus. APhA Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery certification is required. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM No weekend shifts; pharmacy is closed on weekends.
