We can't wait to meet you!Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Radiologist Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of radiologists, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the radiology field, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for radiologist positions.Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.Collaborate with Physician Relations VP to understand staffing needs and job requirements.Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires with the Provider Coordinator.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in physician recruitment.Build relationships with residency and fellowship programs throughout the country to drive SimonMed as the employer of choice for new Providers after residency competition.Education and Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Radiologist recruitment is required Strong knowledge of the radiology industry and its specific staffing needs.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the radiology field, including subspecialties and outpatient imaging practices.Recruitment Expertise: Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations effectively.Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve recruitment challenges promptly.Confidentiality: Maintains discretion and confidentiality in all recruitment-related matters.Adaptability: Ability to adjust recruitment strategies based on evolving organizational needs.OTHER DUTIES: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
