Job Description Mammography Technologist - Multiple Openings (PRIORITY) Permanent, full time Phoenix, AZ Join a high performing breast imaging team delivering exceptional patient care in a fast paced outpatient environment. These roles support a busy center with strong patient volume, modern equipment, and a collaborative clinical culture. Key Responsibilities Perform high quality screening and diagnostic mammography exams following ACR and MQSA standards Ensure patient comfort, safety, and clear communication throughout the imaging process Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory compliance Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to support efficient workflow Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) required (or eligibility to obtain Mammography within required timeframe) Current Arizona state license (or willing to obtain) Prior mammography experience preferred; strong radiologic technologist background considered Excellent patient facing communication and attention to detail Ability to work in a high volume outpatient setting Schedule & Environment Full time schedule Modern imaging suites, supportive leadership, and strong clinical resources Multiple openings - PRIORITY hires Why Candidates Love This Role Stable, permanent position with full benefits Professional growth within a respected imaging network Strong team culture and consistent patient flow Sign on and Relocation bonuses may be available!
