The Mammography Technologist performs diagnostic mammography procedures in alignment with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and departmental protocols. This position plays a key role in early detection and patient education, ensuring a safe and positive experience for every patient. How you'll contribute * Perform mammography exams, biopsies, stereotactic procedures, and assist with interventional imaging. * Prepare and administer contrast media or medications within scope, monitoring patient condition throughout. * Maintain equipment, supplies, imaging parameters, and perform required quality control and safety checks, including MQSA compliance. * Evaluate image quality, troubleshoot issues, and repeat imaging when necessary. * Accurately document, transmit, and track imaging results, including Bi RADS follow ups. What we're looking for * Associate's degree preferred * Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology (required) * Arkansas State Radiation Operator License (required) * ARRT certification in Radiography and Mammography (required) * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required) Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
