We are a united team of hard working, supportive, genuine life long learners who practice in excellence and strive to help individuals make breakthroughs in achieving their mental health goals and leading healthier more balanced lives.This position begins with a 90-day salaried probationary period at $65,000 for LM/LG and $70,000 for LC's. After the initial period, the role transitions to a Fee-for-Service pay structure, which allows therapists more control over income and growth potential. This model also helps with the new clinician building their caseload in the first 90 days. LG / LM: 40% of billed service rate LC: 45% of billed service rate LC with 3+ years of tenure: 47% of billed service rateClinicians are expected to maintain a minimum of 100 billable services per month to maintime full-time status.Earnings up to $120,000 annually and more, depending on licensure level, caseload, billable services, and tenure.We are also currently working on adding AI documentation some time in the future, making note taking and documentation easier than ever.This is a W-2 employee position. If you are chosen to move forward, the HR department will schedule you a virtual interview with the clinical director.Please note that we primary use EMAIL to communicate with our candidates.Position Responsibilities:Clinical Service Delivery: Complete assessments of clients and assign them to the appropriate level of care. Engage clients in developing and maintaining therapeutic relationships. Develop and implement individual treatment plans. Review the goals and interventions with the clients on a quarterly basis for outpatient clients, and a monthly basis for intensive outpatient clients. Facilitate family involvement as appropriate. Obtain all necessary authorizations to communicate with family and other providers, and facilitate care coordination. Track, monitor, and document the client's progress in achieving established goals. Make appropriate referrals, with the written consent of clients. Document a minimum of 100 full sessions per month.Documentation: Complete intake packets for assigned clients. Complete contact notes for each visit with clients. Complete Assessments and treatment plans. Complete critical incident reports and submits reports within 48 hours.Coordination: Collaborate with other providers as clinically appropriate and with proper consent.Supervision: Attend the general staff meeting on a monthly basis. Attend clinical and general training sessions when required. Attend group and individual supervision meetings as needed. Attend OMHC clinical team meetings as needed.Qualifications: Master's degree in the Behavioral Health Field LGPC/LMSW, LCPC/LCADC/LCSW-C required Recent or Upcoming Graduates encouraged to apply! The amount of PTO new employees are front-loaded at the beginning of each calendar year is based on the length of service determined by the Organization: After 1 year employees will receive 15 days of PTO, after 5 years you will receive 20 days of PTO, and after 10 years 25 days of PTO. Employees birthday is considered a paid day off that does not affect your PTO balance. Employees will receive Sick and Safe Leave according to Maryland State Law.
