Join a dynamic cardiovascular team as a Cath Lab Technologist in Miami, FL. This contract role offers the opportunity to work on advanced imaging and interventional procedures in a well-equipped cardiac catheterization lab. Location Overview: Positioned in vibrant Miami, FL, this role is based in a cutting-edge facility located on the 2nd floor of the main building. Key Responsibilities: Assist in cardiac catheterization, interventional coronary procedures, structural heart interventions, and peripheral cases. Support electrophysiology (EP) interventions utilizing state-of-the-art equipment including MacLab, GE, and Philips systems. Maintain accurate procedural and patient documentation using Meditech. Provide skilled assistance throughout scheduled and on-call assignments, including evenings and weekends. Adhere to established protocols ensuring patient safety and quality of care. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current ACLS and BLS certifications required. Certified Vascular Technologist (CVT) or Radiology Technologist credentials mandatory. Experience managing a patient ratio of approximately 3:1 in fast-paced cardiac care settings. Ability to function independently while contributing effectively as a team player. Strong critical thinking skills with compassion for patient care. Schedule/Hours: Day shift assignments with call requirements for evenings and weekends.
