Key responsibilities * Deliver compassionate pharmaceutical care at the new retail pharmacy in Hillsboro * Dispense prescription medications accurately and provide appropriate counseling to patients * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, wellness, and disease prevention * Review and interpret prescription orders to verify accuracy and appropriateness * Maintain accurate patient records, including medication histories and interactions * Provide information and guidance on over-the-counter medications and health-related products What you will need * PharmD or Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of pharmacy * Pharmacist license to practice in the state of Wisconsin * Immunization certification (e.g., APhA, PSW) * Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross What we offer * Competitive salary range of $124,238.40 - $186,347.20 annually * $10,000 sign-on bonus * Comprehensive benefits package including top-rated retirement plan * Professional development support including tuition reimbursement up to $3,000 per year, financial support for advanced training and certification programs, extensive internal courses, and access to Gundersen's Career Development Center * Relocation expenses negotiable during the hiring process Our culture & values At Emplify Health by Gundersen, we live our mission of empathy amplified through belonging, respect, excellence, accountability, teamwork, and humility.
