A full-time position is available in Newport, TN for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work within a school setting. This contract role is scheduled from ASAP through the end of the school year (EOSY), providing an excellent opportunity for those seeking stable employment during the academic calendar. The primary focus will be to oversee Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing leadership and support to enhance the delivery of behavioral services. Additionally, the BCBA will assist with developing and implementing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). The schedule encompasses five days a week, allowing for consistent engagement with both students and staff. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to RBT staff Conduct and assist with completion of FBAs to identify behavioral needs Design, monitor, and support the implementation of BIPs tailored to individual student requirements Collaborate with educational teams to ensure behavior plans align with students' goals Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing treatment adjustments Qualifications and Experience: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience working in schools or educational settings preferred Strong skills in conducting FBAs and developing BIPs Ability to lead and support behavior technicians effectively Excellent communication and teamwork skills Benefits include a comprehensive full benefits package and competitive pay ranging from $40 to $50 per hour, reflecting experience and qualifications.
