An exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is available at a school in Winooski, VT. This contract role involves working with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels, providing specialized behavioral support and interventions to promote positive educational outcomes. Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement and monitor behavioral strategies. Provide direct one-on-one or group support to students with behavioral challenges. Train staff and parents on behavior management techniques and progress monitoring. Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments. Ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements. Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required. Licensed to practice as a BCBA in the relevant jurisdiction. Experience working with students in elementary, middle, and high school settings. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
