Location Willimantic, CT Schedule / Hours Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Sunday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Weekend rotation every fourth week Responsibilities Dispense medications accurately in retail and long-term care settings Counsel patients on prescription and over-the-counter medications Utilize retail pharmacy software (Liberty) and long-term care systems (Frameworks) efficiently Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations Qualifications / Desired Experience Active Connecticut pharmacist license (required) Experience in retail pharmacy settings (required) Long-term care pharmacy experience (a strong plus) Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends on a rotating basis Commitment to providing excellent patient care and service Additional Information This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for direct hire following a successful transitional period.
