An exceptional leadership opportunity is available for an experienced pharmacy professional to serve as a Regional Pharmacy Manager. This direct hire role involves providing operational leadership across multiple pharmacy sites, ensuring the delivery of efficient, compliant, and high-quality pharmacy services. The position is located in Dekalb, Illinois, with primary duties encompassing oversight of financial performance, quality initiatives, and staff management. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee pharmacy operations at assigned regional sites. Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance standards. Drive continuous quality assurance initiatives and operational excellence. Partner on operational planning, budgeting, and problem-solving efforts. Maintain effective relationships with medical staff and hospital departments. Support pharmacy information systems and inventory control processes. Participate in committees related to medication use, safety, and pharmacy services. Manage human resources functions including recruitment, performance evaluations, and staff development. Monitor productivity, budget adherence, and patient outcomes to achieve organizational goals. Desired Qualifications: PharmD from an accredited institution. Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY2 residency in Health-System Pharmacy Administration or comparable experience. Minimum of 5 years' supervisory or management experience. Active Illinois Pharmacist license. Schedule: Monday through Friday with 24/7 accountability.
