An exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced bilingual Pharmacist in Charge to oversee pharmacy operations in Camden, NJ. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Ensure the pharmacy complies with all state and federal regulations, including investigating any improper activities. Manage, train, and supervise all pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians. Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to medication dispensing, safety, and security. Oversee inventory management to maintain accurate records and proper storage of medications, especially controlled substances. Lead quality assurance and performance improvement programs, provide patient counseling, and promote patient safety. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active and clear New Jersey pharmacist license. Minimum of 2 years' management experience in a pharmacy setting. 3+ years of recent community pharmacy experience preferred. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required. Proficiency with Pioneer RX computer system is a plus. Experience managing a pharmacy with a daily volume of approximately 20-25 prescriptions. Strong technical support and problem-solving capabilities.
